RECENT WRITINGS

Mr. Peppard is the sole author of the text Arbitration and Mediation of Business Disputes: A Wisconsin Practitioner's Guide, published by the State Bar of Wisconsin in 2006 and revised for 2008 and 2010.

More than 400 pages in length, the book describes all aspects of business arbitration and mediation practice and contains dozens of practice tips for the benefit of ADR neutrals and attorneys representing clients in ADR proceedings.  A prominent Wisconsin practitioner had this to say about the book:

"In this new and important book, Terry Peppard draws upon his impressive service and practice in the ADR field and his experience as past Chair of the State Bar's ADR Section to collect in one place both policy and practice in what surely will become the essential 'desk book' for all Wisconsin arbitrators, mediators, and for the attorneys who work with both."

John R. Dawson
Foley & Lardner, LLP, Retired Partner
